APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE
Our firm is competent in the valuation of residential, new development, small commercial and agricultural properties. We proved counseling and preparation of feasibility, marketability, liquidation, insurance and lease studies. These reports have ranged from form appraisals and narrative reports to impact studies. I have been active in the industry since 1998 when I first became a trainee.
CONSULTANT PROJECTS
Consultant to several banks and lenders with respect to the valuation of property, the approval of large loans, including but not limited to Small Business Administration loans, and in establishing appraisal procedures. In 2011 and 2012 I assisted the Metro-Davidson County Tax Assessor’s office and the Metro Board of Equalization with tax appeals. I have consulted with major corporations, financial institutions involving acquisitions, liquidation, market sales, mergers and development.
